Order Acceptance Procedure
Orders are accepted in packaged form, but the Company reserves the right to inspect the contents of packaged Orders to ensure that no prohibited items are present for shipping. Additional inspections may also occur if additional services are requested by you.
- GEX LLC bears no responsibility for any damage to the Order caused by improper or incomplete packaging.
- The Customer acknowledges that the weight of the Order is rounded up to the nearest 100 grams.
- Orders must include the sender's and recipient's information, written on the package or accompanying document.
- For international orders, addresses should be written in Latin letters and Arabic numerals. The recipient's address may be written in the destination country's language, provided the country name is also written in Armenian.
- The Customer confirms that they will bear the costs of storing the Order in the Customs warehouse. If your Order remains in the GEX LLC warehouse or any other warehouse for more than 20 days, a fee of 100 AMD per day will be charged starting on the 20th day. You are also liable to reimburse GEX LLC for any costs and losses incurred due to your inaction or failure to collect the Order from the customs warehouse on time.
- GEX LLC reserves the right to destroy, sell, or otherwise dispose of the Order 30 days after its arrival at its own or a partner's foreign warehouse if the Order cannot be identified, contains prohibited items, and/or lacks purchase documentation (invoice) in certain countries. You authorize GEX LLC to destroy any Orders in your name that are prohibited, restricted, or lacking an invoice, and you waive any claims against GEX LLC regarding such Orders.
Payment Terms
Payments for services are accepted according to the rates applicable to the countries of transportation.
- The Customer understands and accepts that Orders subject to customs clearance are their responsibility under the law. It is the Customer's duty to determine if their Order requires customs clearance. If a customs-cleared order is not claimed by the Customer
- within 30 days, the Company reserves the right to return the Order to the sender, with the Customer bearing all associated costs.
- During promotions, bonus points may be provided, which will become void if the Customer does not make any shipments within three consecutive months.
- The Customer acknowledges that funds deposited in their account may be converted into another currency, and funds already in the account in a foreign currency may be converted into AMD. The Customer agrees that currency conversion into AMD will be calculated based on the exchange rate at Evoca Bank CJSC on the day of payment.
- The Customer acknowledges that additional services may be required during service delivery and agrees to pay for any additional service fees as determined by the Company
- The Customer is obligated to pay the full service fee before receiving or shipping an Order. - For legal entities, the delivery terms are determined according to the contract between the legal entity and the Company.
- If the recipient is an individual and is collecting the order from GEX LLC offices using an automated system, the scanning of the order code or entering the corresponding code via the device serves as the basis for releasing the order to the recipient.
Order Delivery Procedure
Depending on the legal status of the customer, orders may be delivered as follows:
- For legal entities, the delivery terms are determined according to the contract between the legal entity and the Company.
- If the recipient is an individual and is collecting the order from GEX LLC offices using an automated system, the scanning of the order code or entering the corresponding code via the device serves as the basis for releasing the order to the recipient.
Complaints and Compensation for Damages
In cases of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of service obligations, which result in order loss, Customers have the right to request compensation for actual damages incurred.
- A written complaint regarding non-delivery, damage, or loss of the Order must be submitted to the Company within 30 calendar days from the delivery date or the end of the scheduled delivery date.
- For international Orders, written claims for searches due to losses are accepted and processed in accordance with the terms and deadlines established by law and international agreements.
- The Company’s liability for loss or damage to an Order may be limited at the Company’s discretion to AMD 20,000 for loss or the repair cost in case of damage. Insurance and related expenses are handled by the Customer at their discretion and expense. The Company bears no liability for the shipment of fragile items (e.g., glass, porcelain) when the packaging shows no apparent external damage and lacks a clear causal link between the external damage and the damage to the items.
- For Orders valued at the AMD equivalent of USD 500 or more, insurance is mandatory for the Customer. The choice of insurer and related costs are borne by the Customer. Without insurance, the Customer forfeits the right to make claims to the Company regarding the loss or damage of the Order unless it is confirmed by a legally binding court decision that the Company acted unlawfully, and a direct causal relationship exists between damages and the Company’s actions. In such cases, compensation is processed in accordance with these terms and/or the RA Civil Code.
- If the Order is found after damage compensation has been paid, it is given to the Customer, who must promptly return the compensation amount before receiving the Order. If the Customer refuses to return the compensation, the Order becomes the property of the Company.
- The Company bears no responsibility for the completeness or conformity of Orders delivered to its foreign warehouse.
- You are required to check the integrity of the Order upon receipt. The Company assumes no responsibility for any deficiencies discovered after receipt that were not noted by you at the time of delivery.
